Are you a dynamic, organised, proactive person with a strategic mindset? Then this role within the Strategy & Insights team could be for you. We are looking for a Strategy & Insights Manager to work within our Salty Snacks Portfolio in our Dublin office.

 

The role of this team is to ensure that our plans are grounded in human understanding. We take data and information from multiple sources, connect the dots, and uncover the rich insights that are going to support the growth ambitions of our business.

 

Within this role you will play a pivotal part in driving growth within the salty portfolio in Europe. You will need to work hand in hand with the portfolio lead team to ensure insights sit at the foundation of our plans. You will play a key role in the creative/communications process, planning and execution of innovation as well as the tracking of our brands’ performances.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Projects - Lead research projects (write clear research briefs, identify agency partners, and recommend methodologies) that will unlock insights, enrich understanding or support our plans. Analyse – Understand research findings, clearly articulate a recommendation and communicate to key stakeholders to inform the decision-making process. Stakeholder Management - Be a strong business partner to the Marketing Lead and work closely with their team and adjacent teams responsible for this portfolio.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With:

 

A minimum 8 years’ experience within insights strategy, planning, or a strategic marketing role. Client side experience an advantage with a passion for insights and human understanding. The ability to connect the dots across multiple and varied data sources and distil the data and information into actionable and meaningful insights. Experience of taking data and telling a compelling story that can impact the business and influence key stakeholders. Strong business partnership skills with an ability to collaborate and work effectively with a wide network of people. Significant experience of research/analysis/data comprehension.
