Review of design calculations, drawings, models, material specification, shop drawings etc of structural elements of buildings & Airport infrastructure related works. Review of Design submissions made by the consultants for its correctness, meeting codes/standards/best industry practice, optimization, buildability and constructability perspective. Review of Geotechnical related works & reports. Preparation and monitoring Design submission program in line with Project Works Program & monitoring BOQ. Design Coordination with stakeholders, consultants and contractors for design requirements & its deliverables.  Review of Interface works progress and making provisions in the structural drawings as per the interface requirements. Preparation of monthly Design Progressive Report, attend progress review meeting with construction team and consultants. Technical support required for claims & contracts team. Follow and implement best engineering practice, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance. Evaluate the challenges faced by the project and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities. Initiate and develop creative and innovative engineering processes. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of respective design till handover. Assisting projects with value engineering and financial control of contracts during construction stage. Ensure that Environmental, Health and Safety, Engineering and Quality Standards and Procedures are adhered to. Establish Quality and Reliability Standards by studying industry benchmarks and the requirements of customers and research/design and development, and define the metrics required to assess performance against standards required. Following department objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performance. Following strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and in order to implement change and improvements. Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.       Bachelors/ Master’s in civil / Structural Engineering.  10+ Years, Experience in Design of Airports/Commercial building structures or similar nature infrastructure projects. Shall have experience in RCC, steel & composite structural elements design. Knowledge of governing Indian & required international codes & standards.

Software skills : STAAD, ETABS, SAP, SAFE, AutoCAD, Navis, Revit etc, excellent computer skills in Microsoft suite.
