Manager Supplier Contracts
Job Summary Responsible for leading the supplier contracting team and overseeing the management of complex and critical decisions, processes, stakeholders, and service delivery. This role plays a pivotal part in leveraging Tower Health's Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and aligning strategies with our organizational imperatives. The Manager will be instrumental in managing the contracting of supplies, equipment and services in accordance with established Tower Health policies, procedures and guidelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery under the direction of the Senior Director, Sourcing, Procurement & Analytics. The Manager will play a key role in advancing and implementing forward-thinking policies and procedures aimed at extracting costs and enhancing value through streamlined operational efficiencies. Additionally, the role includes a vital responsibility in leading Tower Health's vendor relationship management strategies, ensuring collaborative engagements, effective communication, and optimal performance from our valued suppliers. The Manager is dedicated to fostering continuous learning and growth within the department, ensuring that staff members receive ongoing education to stay current with industry trends and best-in-class contracting methodologies. #READ Qualifications Education Requirements 4 year Bachelor's Degree Combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
