Job Overview:

The Sustainability Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the compilation of McDermott's external disclosures in support of regulatory reporting requirements including the EU CSRD and Annual Sustainability Report, interfacing with Finance, Legal, QHSES, SCM and HR to ensure compliance.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of Sustainability concepts, theories, and principles and basic knowledge of other related disciplines. The Manager Sustainability must be able to apply an understanding of the industry to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies for the Sustainability discipline, as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact effectiveness. The Manager’s Sustainability impacts the level of service and the Sustainability team’s ability to meet quality and timeliness objectives. Policies, resource requirements, budgets, and the business plan should guide decisions made by the Manager Sustainability.
