Manager Talent Acquisition

This role will be responsible for leading University Relations, Employer Branding, DEI Recruitments and Strategic TA Projects for India.

This includes managing end to end recruitments, campus outreach strategies, strategic engagement for Internship & Early Career Program,STEM,Graduate Hiring,rolling out UR strategies in alignment with global priorities relevant to local market. Incumbent must demonstrate a customer centric mind-set to deliver outstanding candidate experience, while building the talent pipeline of future leaders to support business growth.

Additionally, this will support recruitment marketing efforts driving the attraction and engagement of top external talent and building Abbott brand as employer of choice. This includes executing on brand marketing strategy,creating, curating content and storytelling through brand campaigns, social media, SEO, SEM and journey mapping,etc.

Incumbent will be responsible for driving DEI recruitments and local programs, supporting diversity and inclusion recruiting strategies aligned to global priorities and local market scenarios .They will need to stay abreast with external trends, identify and plan participation in external engagements, integrate & adopt process and tools to deliver on diversity hiring goals. The incumbent will work closely with the internal teams to influence recruiting outcomes through data & analytics,sourcing & pipelining, create strong visibility and reputation of Abbott brand promoting diversity and inclusion.

As part of their role, they may take on additional initiatives and projects as required with division or function focus leading to high impact for business. The nature of the projects could evolve as per business need and global priorities and incumbent should have the ability to anticipate & adjust the strategies based on changes in external environment and internal business scenarios.

This role reports directly to the TA Director, India region and will work closely with local and global teams on execution of country TA strategies.
