Overview The Talent Acquisition Manager- Store Support will be responsible for leading talent acquisition at the Store Support Office at Sprouts Farmers Market. This position must leverage a variety of sourcing methods and drive best-in-class talent acquisition practices and processes, to ensure the success of hiring diverse internal and external talent that aligns to the Sprouts culture and values. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with function leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies across their span of control. This position will also partner closely with other HR leaders to ensure alignment across the broader HR strategy. This role will lead a team of Talent Advisors dedicated to Support Office recruiting. Overview of Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors in day-to-day recruitment activities at the Store Support Office. Provide training, coaching, and frequent feedback to Talent Acquisition Advisors. Work with Talent Acquisition Advisors to develop action plans and creative recruitment strategies for tough to fill or critical roles. Assume lead role on recruitment initiatives and projects. Candidate Attraction & Selection Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and target specific skill sets and qualifications. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for company culture. Develop and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates, nurturing them for future opportunities. Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the candidate lifecycle Develop competitive job offers aligned to market data for specific roles Strategic Advisor Develop effective partnerships with hiring managers and function leaders to enable a full understanding of their business and the specific requirements of their positions. Actively engage with other HR leadership to participate in strategic talent planning across functions, regions, and divisions. Conduct thorough market research to understand talent trends and competitor landscape, ensuring a strategic approach to sourcing. Ensure that recruitment strategies are timely and cost effective. Collaborate on projects aligned with Talent Acquisition team initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience Retail experience a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and decision-making skills, and ability to work on cross-functional teams Highly proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Customer service acumen and strong sense of urgency Ability to work independently, action oriented and strong work ethic Time management skills and ability to prioritize urgent tasks Benefits In addition to a rewarding career, Sprouts offers a comprehensive program to help support you and your family.
