Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:

The MRO Sales Services organization is responsible for, the sale and management of Line Maintenance Services and Global Emergency Maintenance Services (GEM). This individual will support the commercial contract process from start to finish, including building relationships with internal and external customers, contract negotiations, handling contract expirations and renewals, and handling the contract repository. They will work with sales and analysis functions on new product offerings to assure arrangements that can be logically and practically applied. Additionally, this individual will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to update and when required, develop contract templates. This will include providing guidance and training, as necessary, on complex contractual issues to sales, production and engineering collaborators responsible for the performance of work under an agreement.

Lead all aspects of the entire contract lifecycle includingdrafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing contracts. Serve as the key point of contact between the business and third parties for timely reviews and approvalsProposal preparation, coordination, and management. Includes review and evaluation of customer requests for proposal or revisions to contracts. Provides strategy and risk assessments and offers alternative approaches to mitigate risks, including alternative contractual language; evaluates and coordinates proposals; investigates and reconciles significant contract changes involving cost, specifications, schedules, etc.Leads the development of contractual language representative of the position and interests of the company in an agreement to provide a clear understanding of the obligations. Read, interpret and evaluate contract terms and conditions, assessing risks to the company and communicate findings to senior management and sales team.Communicate and negotiate with customers to represent and communicate the position and best interests of the company to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.Maintain the contract repositoryand accuraterecord-keeping.
