Job Summary:
As a Technical Manager, you will play an important role in Trane Technologies, responsible for identifying complex business problems and developing solutions through building Machine learning and AI based models. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Data Science models development and deployment with a strong focus on delivering solutions to business problems.
Responsibilities:
Work with different Business teams globally in identifying challenging problems with impact analysis. Collaborate with teams in identifying right data sources that address the problem. Develop machine learning based models that potentially address business problems. Combine models through ensemble modeling for high fidelity, test and validate for consistency and work towards operationalizing them.Experience in creating data driven visualizations to describe model results to stakeholders.Should have experience in handling both numerical and text data-based models’ development.Mentor and guide team members in Advanced data analytics and models development. Stay updated with latest developments in modeling algorithms and deployment.Assist leadership in identifying growth opportunities and work to support team growth. Technical Skills: Bachelors or master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field 15+ Yrs of expertise in data analytics and science domain. Should have strong programming skills in Python Strong proficiency ino Inferential statistics
o Machine-learning and Deep learning methods
o Anomaly detection modeling and Time Series Analysis
o Strong proficiency in Text/Image analytics
Good familiarity with large language models and relevant uses cases. Familiarity of building predictive models for Industrial equipment.Soft Skills:
