What you’ll do as a Construction Manager
+ Support Project Management in underground and aerial utility construction.
+ Lead, manage, develop, and instill a culture of accountability and excellence.
+ Build internal, client, sub-contractor and vendor relations and partnerships.
+ Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Company/Industry specifications.
+ Act as a safety advocate, ensuring that all employees are working safely and productively.
+ Requisition, assign and track materials needed for the daily operations.
+ Perform audits to ensure work is being completed safely and per specifications.
+ Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working.
+ Review daily production reports, material usage, work hours, complete and maintain accurate \"as-built maps\" for areas built.
+ Daily reconciliation of all issued parts and materials.
+ Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including necessary overtime.
+ Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ 5 years’ experience in project management & leading large teams.
+ Possess a valid driver’s license.
+ Must have strong project management skills.
+ Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
+ Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.

+ Routinely:
+ Standing - 6 to 8 hours daily
+ Walking - 4 to 6 hours daily
+ Climbing - 0 to 2 hours daily
+ Driving - 0-4 hours daily
+ Bending/Twisting - 0 to 2 hours daily
+ Pushing/Pulling - 0 to 2 hours daily
+ Repetitive Motion (grasping, manipulation) - 0 to 2 hours daily
+ Occasionally:
+ Lifting (weights up to 100 lbs.) - rarely
+ Lift & Carry (weights of 50 to 60 lbs.) – occasionally
