Job Description Summary

The Manager, Transformation & Projects Germany, plays a key supporting role to the strategic leadership team of the German business by providing strategical and operational support to the Head of Germany in various business projects and strategic transformation initiatives. This is a strategically important role that will require close collaboration across many stakeholders and will work with Operational Functions and Service Line leads to ensure on time delivery of commitments.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyse data sets to uncover trends, patterns and insights that support decision-making.Support the implementation of business transformation initiatives and create dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.Follow-up on all strategic projects across Germany and ensure close coordination with stakeholders until the full and successful completion of projects.Ensure timely completion of projects, tracking milestones and outcomes.Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Head of Germany, identifying areas for improvement.Identify and mitigate potential risks, providing solutions and recommendations.Develop materials for presentations, interviews, executive sessions.Provide support to the management of German budgets.Organize and manage all leadership meetings e.g., setting agendas, taking notes and ensure follow-up on all decisions made during meetings.Assist Head of Germany to engage with Service Line teams across Germany as well as to assist in the planning and execution of leadership and company-wide events e.g., Town hall meetings, skip level discussions, lunch & learns and recognition programs.Constantly stay in tune with relevant business trends in the market (both within and outside real estate sector) and sharing such knowledge internally.Conduct research, prepare briefs, and provide analysis to support the Head of Germany in decision-making.

Knowledge & Experience:

5+ years’ experience in a client-focused role (e.g., Management, Finance/Audit, Human Capital consulting)Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in management or business related field preferred, but not requiredStrong business mindset with a talent to support the successful implementation of impactful programs and initiativesExceptional planning, organizational and project management capabilitiesStrong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to turn data into a storyAbility to turn thoughts into graphic representations using Microsoft 360 suite of productsAbility to balance strategic initiatives, thought leadership and consistency with local relevance and practical implementationStrong English & German (written and verbal) communication skills with ability to translate complex information in a succinct, clear manner to all levels of the organization is required.Ability to take initiative, work independently as well as collaboratively in teamsPassionate about business transformation and strategy
