**Key Responsibilities:**
· Develop and maintain client relationships.
· Serve as the first point of contact for site services and amenities.
· Support a collaborative environment across vendors and floors.
· Ensure seamless service delivery and high client engagement.
· Monitor and audit client areas, report issues, and manage resolutions.
· Handle client requests and manage expectations.
· Report hazards and conduct regular inspections.
· Manage community activities and events.
· Support workspace reconfigurations and project management.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards.
· Coordinate with stakeholders for project approvals and documentation.
· Proactively manage issues with the FM team.
· Ensure timely completion of service requests.
· Maintain high standards during client events.
· Recruit and engage change champions.
· Report maintenance and AV issues.
· Manage locker set/reset and liaise with FM team.
· Participate in welcome workshops and suggest improvements.
· Collaborate on workspace projects.
· Develop and implement project plans and risk strategies.
Qualifications:
· Any degree
· Administration and customer services experience with the ability to communicate at all levels
· 5+ years of experience in workplace coordination, facilities management, or in a customer service environment. Preferably from hotel background.
