Managing Applications Consultant - SAP Data Architecture Leader
**SAP Data Architecture Leader** **Location:** **Toronto - Primary-** **- Secondary** **Montreal** **Job Description** Capgemini Canada is seeking a SAP Data Architecture Leader to drive the design, development, and deployment of innovative Data. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the vital link between business needs and technological innovation, leveraging diverse emerging solutions to deliver transformative outcomes. The SAP Data Architecture Leader role is a balanced 50% Go-To-Market Activities and 50% technical delivery oversight. It is an ideal fit for someone who thrives at helping solve complex data problems. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and lead data migration strategies tailored for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. + Oversee end-to-end data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL). + Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure the alignment of data migration strategies with business objectives. + Maintain data integrity and quality by implementing rigorous validation and reconciliation frameworks. + Design advanced analytics and reporting solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices. + Leverage expertise in SAP standard reports to guide stakeholders on leveraging out-of-the-box functionalities effectively. + Deliver actionable insights through data profiling, data visualization, and advanced analytics tools. + Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy dashboards and reports using Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or other SAP analytics platforms. + Conduct assessments of client requirements and recommend suitable enhancements or customizations to standard SAP reporting solutions. + Provide expertise and thought leadership in data migration and analytics during RFP response preparation. + Partner with business development & sales teams to create tailored AI solutions that address the complex needs of enterprise clients across various industries. + Support pre-sales workshops by defining solution architectures, presenting technical concepts, and addressing client queries. + Develop reusable templates and frameworks to streamline RFP response processes for data migration and analytics. + Conduct client presentations, including live demonstrations of tools, methodologies, and success stories. **Required Skills** + Hands-on experience with Selective Data Transition (SDT) approaches, including data carve-outs, harmonization, and consolidation methodologies. + A proven track record of delivering at least three greenfield implementation projects and one Selective Data Transition (SDT) project successfully. + Extensive experience in defining SAP data migration & analytics strategies, especially in SAP S/4HANA environments. + Proficiency with tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), Syniti, SNP, CBS, Natuvion or comparable data migration tools. + Expertise in analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office (AFO), and Embedded Analytics. + Strong hands-on experience with ETL processes, data profiling, and data quality management. + Familiarity with data governance tools such as SAP Information Steward or equivalents. + Experience in preparing RFP responses, designing solutions, and working in pre-sales environments. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. + Exceptional communication skills with proven stakeholder management expertise. + Ability to present technical and business concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives. + Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance delivery and pre-sales commitments. **Preferred Qualifications** + SAP certifications in data migration or analytics. + Proven experience with SAP Activate methodology or similar project frameworks. + TOGAF certification or equivalent in enterprise architecture. + Expertise in leading pre-sales efforts and creating compelling RFP responses. + Executive presence with the ability to effectively communicate and present to C-suite executives. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
