Job Summary:

The role of the Managing Director, Asset Resolution running the Commercial Real Estate Receivership team. Acting on behalf of JLL with the courts and all parties to transfer control of the management agreement to JLL Property Management.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop favorable new industrial management opportunitiesWork closely with President and COO on strategic growth initiatives to achieve a market leading position in product line.Assist in the development of a target list and lead tracking.Build and manage relationships with industry leaders to ensure future revenue generation.Lead and train peers to share market updates and identify new opportunities.Partner with the regional Research Group to assemble and update information concerning industry trends and emerging needs.Partner effectively with legal and all internal and external teams to ensure JLL maintains the highest integrity through all receivership processes.Work with the national JLL team delivering services to product line.Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

The Opportunity

Managing Business Development

As a Managing Director at JLL, you will be a key member of the senior executive leadership team; directly responsible for engaging and driving business expansion priorities and growth initiatives for Property Management.  You will leverage your existing relationships within the industry to drive business development initiatives and expand JLL’s footprint in the marketplace.

Creating Strategic and Collaborative Solutions

A Managing Director sees the big picture, acts decisively, and focuses on creating an energized and collaborative environment. As a Managing Director you will provide strategic leadership to accelerate the growth of Property Management to advance its market leading position. This role will ensure all business growth priorities are developed, met, and delivered through a strategic business plan engaging and leveraging current client relationships while also cultivating new client relationships.   Success will be measured by your ability to develop winning strategies that increase client satisfaction and year-over-year revenue and profitability.

You will ensure that JLL Property Management grows to be a market leading provider in receiverships. The targeted candidate has a passion for the pursuit of new business and thrives on building and growing a business line.

The real estate industry is consistently changing with technology. You’ll need to make technology work to your advantage and drive tech exploration and adoption throughout your teams. You must demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of property management technology tools, continually seek opportunities to develop your skill set and focus on management systems that develop the skill sets of your teams.

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plusExceptionally strong leadership skillsMinimum of 10 years of commercial real estate experience, with demonstrated knowledge of the property management business and receivership business.Must have strong financial acumen and other types of related financial deliverables.Excellent customer serviceStrong communication and presentation skill required, as well as a proven track record in business developmentProficient in MS Office products and property management software Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

275,000.00 – 275,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
