Minimum qualifications: + 15 years of experience driving a customer centric transformation within a Cloud environment. + Experience building, shaping, leading and growing a customer centric business and team, responsible for regional performance, influencing C-level stakeholders. + Experience leading enterprise customer experience business, consulting and advising clients. + Experience leading operational and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment. Preferred qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. + Experience selling software solutions to commercial customer base. + Experience successfully growing and managing a professional services organization with a large regional presence. + Demonstrated success managing a software business, with commercial acumen to deliver. This person will ensure our customers successful deployment of our solutions. + Work with customers in various ways to ensure the product is providing maximum business value and continued consumption.
