This position is responsible to oversee project planning, execution and delivery, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The TM project manager will coordinate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. This role will also identify and mitigate project risks, resolves issues, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines while creating detailed plans to guide execution and monitor progress.
Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure collaboration to meet project goals.
Develop and manage projects budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenditures to stay within financial constraints.
Identify potentials risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring stakeholders are informed through regular updates and reports.
Maintain oversight to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards and align with organizational objectives.
Track project performance using key metrics, ensure milestones are met, and implement adjustments when needed.
Responsible for developing project management tools and establishing governance framework for high-profile projects.
Education, Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
At least 7 years of financial services experience
At least 7 years of treasury management experience
In-depth to advanced knowledge and understanding of Treasury Management Services
Proven experience 7-10 years in a senior leadership role focusing on business process management, change management, and process improvement.
Strong understanding of various process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their practical application in diverse business environments.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
Demonstrated track record of successfully driving change initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align process improvements with broader organizational strategies.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)
Lean Six Sigma Certified
Project Management Tool certifications
The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 USD to $160,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
