Established over 80 years ago, our client have become synonymous with manufacturing some of the very first flaking and roller mills used by agricultural feed and breakfast cereal food producers in over 145 countries. They are now looking to appoint an experienced, sales- focussed business leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the company, assuming full  P & L accountability, whilst ensuring that the business continues to identify new areas to support continued growth. 

The position will oversee both the production and maintenance side of the business, whilst still assuming full responsibility for increasing sales revenues by identifying new areas for growth across allied sectors. The role will form part of the senior management team and will report directly into the Chairman.

Our client would be looking for somebody with a strong sense of career mobility, and would expect that the opportunity to gain equity in the company could be achieved for the successful candidate.
