DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.
Our OpportunityThe position of MD & President is responsible for leading the full enterprise of DAFgiving360, including setting the strategic direction and defining future scope for the charity and its philanthropic goals, long-term financial planning, and contribution and granting forecasts. The President acts as the chief executive for the non-profit and is directly responsible to DAFgiving360’s independent Board of Directors. This position reports to the Managing Director of Investor & Wealth Solutions which is part of our Wealth & Advice Solutions enterprise. This individual will collaborate with both our retail and RIA enterprises to drive awareness and growth.
The MD & President functions as a general manager for the business leading teams of finance, risk, legal, technology, service and operations, marketing, strategy, consulting, investment oversight, and business development and is responsible for developing and launching new products and services to meet donor, advisor, and business needs. This position interfaces with major DAFgiving360 investment advisors, prospects, investment pool fund managers, and requires a sophisticated understanding of wealth management, philanthropy, donor-advised funds, investment strategies, theories, and techniques.
Key Outcomes:
Set strategic direction for the charity and its philanthropic goals, including annual financial planning and contribution and donation forecasts.Define and execute implementation plans required to achieve the objectives of the charity.In partnership with the DAFgiving360 Board Chair, lead the strategy and execution of the independent board governance.Develop risk programs to protect the charity and its donors.Responsibly execute on the agreements between Charles Schwab & Co and the Charity – including Administrative Services, Trademark and Investment agreementsChampion philanthropic wealth management thought leadership in the industry and advocate for donor-advised fund structures. What you haveRequired Experience:
15 + years of leadership experience preferably in wealth management encompassing strategy, product and client experience functions, with demonstrated senior-level executive experience.Experience managing a significant budget and hiring plan with material enterprise-wide business impact maximizing the investment.Outstanding communication skills from interpersonal to executive and public audiences, including to senior management, advisor, board levels as well as within the philanthropic community.Undergraduate degree is required.Preferred Experience:

Experience managing multiple priorities and overseeing distinct teams with varied strengths.Thrives on initiating, building and cultivating strong authentic relationships inside and outside the group; highly collaborative; navigates and activates alignment across organizational silos.
