About the Role:
Lead and manage the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects across various sectors, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.Develop and implement strategies to assess and mitigate environmental risks and impacts associated with client operations and projects.Provide technical expertise on environmental permitting, impact studies, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design sustainable solutions that align with business goals and regulatory frameworks.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business development and expansion of services.Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.Prepare high-quality proposals, reports, and presentations to support client engagement and project delivery.About You:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.Experience in environmental consulting, with a strong focus on EIAs and related permitting processes.Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale EIA projects across various industries.Comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices at local, regional, and international levels.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.Experience in business development, proposal writing, and client relationship management.Proficiency in using relevant environmental modeling and GIS tools is a plus.Fluency in English and Polish.We offer:
