About the Role
As the EMEA regional lead for our KINESSO Data Management capability you will be responsible for the implementation of our end-to-end data management solution in region. In this key role you will be directly accountable for establishing and growing our services remit covering data engineering, automation, reporting and the provision of data for analytics. This leadership position is responsible for working with as part of a multi-discipline team, fostering talent growth, building strong partnerships with the shared service delivery teams; ensuring technical capabilities are available, as we build out and expand our capabilities across EMEA markets. In this role, you will be working hand-in-hand with functional, regional, practice and global leaders on the prioritization and governance our data, reporting & analytic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
People
Define a resource strategy for the region, ensuring resources are best placed to support local needs Client leadership will be required along side new business support Lead and develop a team of in-market and offshore data engineers, establishing and maintaining best practices, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of innovation. Recruit, grow and mentor the wider multi-functional team including engagement management, engineering, visualization, analytics and reporting automation resource. Lead executive cross-functional steering committees related to data, reporting & automation with various functional areas to meet expectations and objectives of leadership and key stakeholders Provides employees with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to enhance their skills, motivation, and performanceOperations
Architect and oversee implementation of scalable and efficient data streaming solutions, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing systems Drive data quality initiatives across the organization, implementing robust QA processes and monitoring systems Facilitate the development, implementation, and end user adaption of the KINESSO Interact Data Management Platform across the EMEA region Help shape and evolve the KINESSO data management product suite to ensure its application in region, working with the Global reporting team to influence the roadmap. Identify gaps in business workflows and processes, and give recommendations to senior management regarding solutions Define, monitor, and be accountable for KPIs to monitor operational performance within the data management team.
Collaboration and stakeholder management
Be the trusted voice and leader on data in region, including being viewed as the definitive voice on how we design, implement and evolve our standard & client custom data solutions Support clients in a consultative way to use their data more effectively. Tying data to their business operations and increase their data maturity Partner with operational leadership teams to design and implement workflow optimization and automation processes through all departments Support new business activities, including the preparation of project proposals and presentations at pitches Build partnerships throughout the organization to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for business impact through reporting & analyticsExperience:
10+ years of experience working in data and analytics, including data governance and data innovation developing strategies, managing major initiatives and delivering results of wide-scale company impact within a services organization 5+ years of experience managing, and mentoring, data engineering, and/or analytics teams 5+ years’ experience building & delivering automated data management solutions ideally within the AdTech & MarTech environment Demonstratable skills related to strategic thinking to lead teams and mentor staff to achieve success across multiple accounts Direct experience partnering with large clients to increase their understanding of marketing data Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field is a plus.About you / Technical skills
Deep expertise in data architecture, data engineering principles, ETL processes, and modern data stack technologies Advanced understanding of multichannel marketing analytics with a focus on digital (e.g., web, email, paid media, social media, organic search, mobile apps) Excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages for data manipulation and analytics. Data Warehousing: Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar Stream Processing: Kafka, Spark Streaming BI Tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to managing and prioritizing projects.Employee Transparency
