Job Description

Team Mancuso Powersports in Houston, Texas is looking to hire a General Manager!  The qualified candidate will be able to drive profitability, customer and teammate retention, grow the business, and have a passion for the powersports space.  

We are looking for someone who will:

Oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure that they are performed efficientlySteer  and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned  unitsGuide and develop your sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertiseUse your management skills to forecast and create sales, service, and parts objectives and goalsMotivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communicationDevelop your sales team by using your leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniquesCommunicate openly and consistently with your team and assess their needsModel superior customer service behavior and provide a world-class customer experience

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience within  a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales ManagerThorough knowledge of and experience with sales of powersportsProven  track record  of success managing teamsExcellent leadership and managerial skillsKnowledge and desire to develop a sales and service teamExceptional face to face communication skills, focused on a high standard of customer serviceOrganized with superior time management skills and attention to detail
