We are looking for a Bilingual Mandarin Financial Coordinator to support a warehouse in Houston for a global manufacturing company who consistently deliver exciting, responsibly sourced products for the modern home, connecting deeply with customers.
**Job Title:** Bilingual Mandarin Financial Coordinator
**Location:** North Houston, TX
**Onsite**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Accurately input and process supplier invoices using ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks or Oracle).
+ Ensure proper three-way matching of purchase orders (POs), goods received, and invoices.
+ Address and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams in a timely manner.
+ Maintain and update supplier accounts and payment records in the ERP system.
+ Provide support for system optimization and troubleshooting to improve operational efficiency.
+ Process scheduled payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks, ensuring compliance with company policies.
+ Generate monthly and quarterly AP reports to assist in financial analysis and decision-making.
+ Prepare financial reports, and assist in establishing financial procedures
+ Organize and maintain AP documentation, including invoices, payment confirmations, and reconciliation statements.
+ Support audit processes by ensuring compliance with financial policies and providing necessary documentation.
**What’s Needed?**
+ High school diploma required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
+ Minimum 1 year of AP, AR or accounting experience; manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
+ Fluent in Mandarin(written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus but not required
