Essential Responsibilities

Develop the Master production Schedule and Daily production Schedule.Close communication to Internal Customers.Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure production plans align with overall business goalsExecutes, Monitors and analyze, Past due, on time delivery, Attainment, adherence to production plans reportsLook for process improvement (continuous improvement process oriented)Coordinates requests for rush orders and expected delays in materials and purchased parts so that the shortest possible delay occurs for customersIdentify and resolve any production issues or delays, Solve a variety of problems that may arise, including but not limited to, rejected parts, purchased parts availability, capacity and throughput constraints, and change in customer demands and service levels.Generate and present production reports to management teamCollaborates with IT, RBS, and others as needed to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in systemsReviews and manages safety stock levels on internal parts.Other duties as assigned by management.High Sense of Urgency !!
