The Solution Delivery Lead is responsible for managing new customer warehouse implementations from an IT perspective. They will be responsible for gathering the functional requirements, process design and designing SCALE WMS Capabilities. This individual will be involved from day 1 of requirement gathering through the entire implementation. They will partner extremely closely with the Technical WMS team for implementation. They will serve as a liaison between customers and our IT Delivery team. This group is specifically responsible for new warehouse Start-ups and will be involved from pre-sales, to building the technology roadmap/design and finally implementation. This role will require heavy travel, we anticipate over 50%. If you are looking to join one of the best of the best, this is a great opportunity to grow within the 3PL space.
