Work Schedule- Full-time- Monday - Friday, on-site, 7:30- 3:30pm Work visa sponsorship will not be considered for this position. **MISSION:** _NICoE improves the lives of service members with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and other invisible wounds of war through excellence in interdisciplinary TBI clinical care, research, and education. NICoE is the headquarters of the 13-site Defense Intrepid Network for TBI and Brain Health._ Learn more about NICoE --> The National Intrepid Center of Excellence | Health.mil (https://www.health.mil/Military-Health-Topics/Centers-of-Excellence/NICOE) **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:** + Serve as Management/Manpower Analyst + Coordinates NICoE/DIN manpower and force management. + Develop, prepare, review, revise and maintain personnel status on the Joint Table of Distribution. + Review request for personnel actions. + Review proposals for manpower adjustments; provide advice and recommendations for realignments and reprogramming to assure continued mission accomplishments. + Conduct manpower and management studies within the organization related to mission, organization, functions, and work processes and procedures. + Collect consolidate, analyze, verify, and produce reports on a wide variety of statistical data related to civilian personnel staffing and recruitment. + Statistical data to prepare clear concise reports charts and graphs that provide the current status of civilian hiring actions. + Research manpower guides and directives and makes recommendations as to whether requested positions improve the efficiency of the operation. + Train staff on manpower procedures. + Advises management of missing or inaccurate items and returns forms for correction. **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED (required):** + Bachelor degree in business or related field. + 3+ years of relevant DoD manpower experience. + Skilled in verbal and written communication. + Ability to draft, edit, review DoD correspondence in support of operations. + Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. + Ability to execute assigned tasks with minimal leadership oversight – well organized, self-motivated, and disciplined. + US Citizenship. + Ability to receive DoD Suitability at the Public Trust level or higher. + Ability to obtain and maintain a T1, public trust. **WHAT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER (preferred):** + Master's Degree, preferred. + DHA Manpower experience, preferred. **GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:** + 401K with company match + Comprehensive health and wellness packages + Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications + Cutting-edge technology you can learn from + Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays \#GDITFedHealthJobs    \#GDITHealth \#MilitaryHealthGDITJobs  \#GDITHealthSystems \#GDITPRIORITY The likely salary range for this position is $76,690 - $88,192. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
