**Job Title: Manual Assembly** **Job Description** Assembles and inspects cable harness assemblies. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assembles cable harnesses by hand or with semi-automated/automated machineries. Inspects subassemblies and finished products by naked eyes, magnifiers or with automated testing equipment. Provide accurate documentation of inspection results. Perform start up verification of tooling and testing equipment. Set up semi-automated/automated equipment appropriate for the product running. Complies with established area and company safety policies, procedures and practices. Awareness of job-related environmental impacts. Responsible for proper hazardous waste generation activities, including accumulation in accumulation satellite area. Supports and fosters active participation in, and complies with, corporate values as outlined in the Corporate Values and Expectations Handbook and complies with the Management Systems Manual.
