Summary: Seeking a Di-acro Setup Operator to set up and operate a manual Di-Acro press brake for sheet metal production.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and prepare a 12-ton manual Di-Acro press brake for production.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Choose and install appropriate tooling and dies.

Program machine settings including bend angles, back gauge positions, and tonnage.

Operate the press brake to accurately bend, shape, and form sheet metal parts.

Monitor operations and make adjustments to maintain quality.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, or six months of relevant experience/training.

Experience as a Setup Operator in sheet metal manufacturing.

Proficient in reading blueprints.

Skilled in using precision measuring tools for part inspection.

Knowledge of safety procedures for machine operation.

Preferred Skills:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
