Production Analyst / Data Entry Operator

Job Information: Located in Eatontown, NJ Temporary position, (3-6 weeks, 40 hours per week) Paying $22 - $23 per hour Two (2) Dayshift Openings: Two (2) needed for dayshift (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Company is ranked in top 3 largest biometric security integration manufactures globally!
Production Analyst / Data Entry Operator Responsibilities: Responsible for uploading customer data into "live" credit card at bulk scale operating high-speed production machinery Significant time and training is provided on all equipment and processes.   Reads customer order sheet to understand entire orders and proactively stage materials needed for production  Preforms test run with product and inspects the integrity of data uploaded to card.  Preforms Quality Inspection checks: tests for data integrity accuracy and functionality which includes electronic sensor testing (significant training is offered) Heavily uses computerized system to update data on file for each production run.  Use of computer is equally important as running the printer machinery and 50% of the work time will be entering data and working on the computer uploading data into the manufactured component. (significant training offered) Chain of custody sheets (paper & electronic) will be signed off for each product run once complete and passes from one station to another. Maintains a clean, neat and well organized work area.  Follows written procedures, monitors equipment and communicates with management when issues arise or supplies become low. Preforms a variety of other duties as assigned. We are a small operation and share responsibilities, help one another on the team and pitch-in wherever needed.
Production Analyst / Data Entry Operator Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is highly desired. Must be able to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking) At leas two (2) years experience operating production machinery (Machine Operation) Must possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of product Strong computer skills. Should comfortable at all time on computer and be able to call up existing templates and programs on CNC Machinery and make small adjustments as needed Must have legible handwriting and be able to write neatly and concisely  Must be able to preform basic data entry and ensure accuracy Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, bend, stoop, carry material, etc. For more information, call our main office at: 732-240-0209 #2 and say you are interested in the Production Analyst / Data Entry Operator job opening located in Eatontown, NJ!
