**Description:** Schedule: Day Shift Mon - Friday 6am - 2:30pm Will be running a manual vertical milling machine in a machine shop environment. This is a production environment with a small crew of about 25 people. This is a great opportunity for someone who has production or machine operation experience that wants to gain experience running manual mills. Will be running simple jobs and following an established process. Pay: Pay is dependent on recent and relevant experience however we are willing to train! $19/hr for entry level and up from there if you've worked with manual production machinery or mills! Qualifications - Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding. - Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Perform basic PM's and shop cleaning related to your area. - Must be able to follow instructions on established processes and procedures. - Ability to use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. - Ability to perform basic shop math and calculate measurements correctly. - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - Previous experience in a machine shop is a plus. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** - Machine Operation - Precision measurement tools - Ability to read and interpret work orders **Experience Level:** Entry Level **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
