**Aerotek is hiring multiple Manual Machinists!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain manual tooling machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses. You will read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces. **Hard Skills** + Operate and maintain manual tooling machines (lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses) + Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications + Precision measurement using micrometers, calipers, and gauges + CNC programming (SolidWorks and AutoCAD is a plus) + Tooling setup and adjustment + Routine machine maintenance **Work Environment** You will be part of a smaller, laid-back team of about 30 members. The culture encourages learning different skills related to the job. Safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and long pants are required. The position is for the 1st shift from 6 am-4:30 pm Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and optional Saturday shifts from 5 am-12 pm.
