**Job Title: Toolmaker/Manual Machinist**
**Job Description**
Candidate in this role will operate and maintain manual tooling machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses. You will also write and edit CNC programs to optimize machining processes, set up machines and adjust controls, perform routine maintenance, and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and maintain manual tooling machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses.
+ Use precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure parts meet exact specifications and tolerances.
+ Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.
+ Set up machines and adjust controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut.
+ Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
