Manual Machinist

Hours:  Monday-Friday | 8:00 am till 4:30 pm  (with a ½ hour break unpaid)
Pay Range:  $30-$34/hr.
Location:  Forked River, NJ

Manual Machinist Job Duties: Work with engineer to fabricate parts for the machines that we design and build Set-up and operate machines Utilizing lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other tools to drill, cut, and shape materials Read blueprints and specifications:  Use blueprints, sketches, or computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) files to guide their work Measure and inspect using precision tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure machinery runs smoothly Repair and upgrade components for our manufacturing machines Maintain inventory of completed products Identify need for and perform machine maintenance and minor repairs Manual Machinist Job Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks 2+ years of manufacturing experience working with production equipment At least 5 years’ experience CNC Machining OmniTurn experience highly preferred Experience with interpreting drawings and prints Able to use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc., with accuracy Please call or text )732) 228-8982 for immediate consideration
