This role requires experience with manual lathes, knee mills, boring bars, grinders, and special-purpose machines.  Responsibilities: Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, boring mills, grinders, and other machining toolsWork from blueprints, specifications, and job layouts to produce close-tolerance componentsDiagnose and rectify tooling problems and machine malfunctionsPerform quality checks using a variety of precision measuring instrumentsMaintain a clean and organized work area, including scheduled preventative maintenance Qualifications and Requirements: Experience operating manual lathes, mills, and grindersAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job layoutsProficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, gauges, calipers, etc.)Strong problem solving skills and mechanical aptitudeAbility to perform moderate to heavy lifting as required  Benefits and Perks: Pay Rate: $32/hrMedical, dental, and vision insurance options401K with employer matchCareer growth opportunities  Your New Organization:Founded over a century ago, this Milwaukee-based company has been a leader in magnetic separation solutions since 1918.
