Job Description
As a Manual Pack Operator, you will be responsible for manually assembling boxes, packing final bags, instructions, and other items into packaging prior to shipment. You will be standing and rotating in an assembly line format, working shoulder to shoulder with other team members. Your duties include maintaining machines, ensuring a tidy work area, and performing various production line tasks. You will be expected to report on production performance, adhere to quality standards, and support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning.
