**Job Title: Manual Pack Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Manual Pack Operator, you will be responsible for manually assembling boxes, packing final bags, instructions, and other items into packaging prior to shipment. You will be standing and rotating in an assembly line format, working shoulder to shoulder with other team members. Your duties include maintaining machines, ensuring a tidy work area, and performing various production line tasks. You will be expected to report on production performance, adhere to quality standards, and support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manually assemble boxes and pack materials.
+ Stand for extended periods in an assembly line format.
+ Maintain machines in good condition and ensure a tidy work area.
+ Perform various production line tasks.
+ Report on production performance and adhere to quality standards.
+ Support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning.
+ Contribute to the constant flow of the line, avoiding unplanned downtimes.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
+ Experience with assembly line and repetitive tasks.
+ Knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and quality checks.
+ Experience with inventory, loading, and warehouse inventory.
+ General production, assembly, and machine operation skills.

The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15
