Danfoss in Easley, SC is looking for a Manual Tester. This is a mechanical testing opportunity with Danfoss Spool Valve Products division. Testing and adjusting valves with a hydraulic test stand conforming to a written set of engineering specifications.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Installing and removing test fittings. Loading and unloading valves from test fixtures. Installing orifice and/or plugs after test.
Transporting valves to paint line. Operating a hydraulic test stand.
Maintain minimum production levels. Maintain a safe, clean work area (keeping oil off floor).
Notify supervisor of shortages of testing supplies. Using pneumatic torque tools
Comprehend and execute instructions from engineering blueprints, routings, work instructions and Engineering Test Orders
