**Job Title: Manufacturing Admin** **Job Description** A pipe and valve manufacturer is hiring for a Production Coordinator. The role involves receiving purchase orders, developing plans with fabrication supervisors to coordinate the production schedule, managing inventory, replenishing supplies, and working within the ERP system. The position also includes auditing workflows, financial metrics, and production metrics, creating reports, and facilitating communication between floor-level managers and upper management. **Responsibilities** + Receive and process purchase orders. + Develop and implement production schedules with fabrication supervisors. + Manage inventory and replenish supplies. + Work within the ERP system to ensure seamless operations. + Audit workflow, financial metrics, and production metrics. + Create detailed reports to track production performance. + Facilitate communication between floor-level managers and upper management. + Coordinate and manage Material Test Reports (MTRs). **Essential Skills** + Scheduling and reporting experience. + Proficiency with computers and shop experience. + Inventory management skills, including planning and replenishing supplies. + Experience with audits. + Knowledge of ERP systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience coordinating work orders and creating production schedules. + Extensive experience as a production coordinator. + Experience in pipe and valve fabrication. + Familiarity with Mendix software. + FEM certification (Financial and Economic Modelist). + Experience with QlikView software. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy guaranteed 40-hour work weeks, a 401k match up to 5%, and extensive training and development opportunities. The facility includes both assembly/fabrication and warehouse distribution areas. There are approximately 12 shop employees, including CNC machinists, QC technicians, manufacturing trainers, assemblers, and machine operators. The dress code requires steel-toe boots, jeans, work shirts, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests. The job operates on the 1st shift, from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs and specific projects. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stafford, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
