The Job You Will Perform:
Assume responsibility for an assigned area of the order-to-cash process – Manufacturing – to include:
Assessing and influencing the effective use of the supported processes and tools Managing process enhancements from beginning to end Ensuring new or upgraded functionality works via appropriate testing Creating or revising support documentation Providing day-to-day end user support Implementation support (business travel will be required and may be heavy during facility implementations) Facilitating better practice sharing across business groups Supporting activities for identifying, developing and implementing process improvements which will add incremental annual savings and/or improve the end user experience Supporting and sustaining the integrated manufacturing operating model
The Skills You Will Bring:
1+ years of process development or improvement/sustainment experience 5+ years of operational experience in the manufacturing functional process area, preferably in business unit or manufacturing setting Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required Supply Chain Application systems literate (preferably Omega and SAP) Knowledge of the International Paper Supply Chain operating model Successful business planning, implementation and process improvement experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Technical flexibility – the ability to learn new systems and how they work, comfort around systems, and a level of tech savvy is required for this position In manufacturing, the required/desired skills are the following: Mill manufacturing experience (paper machine, quality, process engineering) - Desired Omega (Mill Execution System) experience – Desired SAP manufacturing experience - Preferred Strong change and training capabilities / experiences working with mill end users Competencies: Action Oriented Dealing with Ambiguity Learning on the Fly Peer Relationships Perseverance Presentation Skills Problem Solving Drive for Results Customer Focus Listening Organizing Functional / Technical Skills
