Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer
Job Description The Development Engineer provides economical solutions to create & improve processes for the manufacture of wire & cable. This position interacts with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Cable Assembly Engineering, Manufacturing, Test Laboratories, raw material suppliers and equipment manufacturers. Responsibilities include: - Process Development/Implementation/Documentation Tape, Cable, Braid - Support Product Development/Design Engineering activities. - Interact with test lab on process/product qualification activities DOE, PFMEA, 8D, FA - Tooling Specification & Design. - Product / Process Validation & Transfer - Manufacturing Equipment Specification & Design concept, qualification, FAT We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
