What You'll Do as an Assembler:

You'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products.Utilize microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment to assemble intricate components with accuracy.Inspect products meticulously, ensuring they meet strict quality standards.Read and interpret detailed drawings and work instructions.Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.Collaborate as a team to achieve daily production goals.

Work Experience

We’re seeking candidates who bring a mix of skills, experience, and a can-do attitude! To succeed in this role, you'll need:

HS diploma or GEDDetail-oriented with a preference for hands-on work; manufacturing experience a plusAbility to read product blueprints and use basic computer skills for documentationSkilled in using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges) and reading millimeter measurementsStrong fine motor skills and manual dexterity for hand assembly tasksExcellent vision and hand-eye coordination for precise workCapable of lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.Ability to remain seated for up to 75% of the shift, with minimal standing or walking, unless preferred.
