1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm3rd Shift: 11:00pm to 7:00am

Assembly Operators will have the following responsibilities and skills:

Maintain a safe and clean factory & warehouse environment while complying with safety and environmental policiesMake adjustments to parts as neededInspect and pack parts, ensuring quantity and quality meets standard manufacturing requirementsPerform job at required rateAbility to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.Ability to twist, bend, and reachGrasp and pinch materialBasic math and ability to read and understand instructionsBasic computer skills with ability to learn client computer systemsThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work within deadlinesHigh attention to detail and organized in approachAbility to work overtime, when required

Ability to manually assemble parts by utilizing hand tools and power toolsExperience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plusAbility to work positions changing from standing to bending and lifting up to 30 lbs. of parts and boxesAbility to work in a team environment to accomplish team goalsAbility to follow verbal and written instructions

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 30 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
