Our client, a food supply chain company is looking to hire a Manufacturing Associate for their location in San Clemente, CA. The ideal candidate would need at least 6 months of experience working in a food manufacturing environment applying common processes, procedures, and equipment. Responsibilities for this position will include contributing to receiving and sending operations including lifting, loading, and unloading products.

The Day-to-Day:

Operating and overseeing production processes on conveying/assembly lines.Assisting in receiving, shipping, and inventory management operations.Lifting, loading, and unloading products as part of shipping/receiving tasks.Wrapping pallets and moving them using pallet jacks.Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.Rotating between departments and adapting to different production needs as required.Collaborating with and supervising teams across multiple departments to ensure production efficiency.

Qualifications:

Atleast 6 months of hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment, with familiarity in essential processes, procedures, and equipment.Ability to read and understand instructions in English.Ability to work in a cold environment (38°F).Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.Willingness to work in different departments (e.g., transportation, assembly, receiving, inventory) and handle a variety of tasks.Must be open to working overtime based on business needs.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$18.50 /hrTuesday to Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, and Saturday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
