Job Title: Manufacturing Associate Job Description Our client, a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility, is seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support a new product line due to increased market demand. Responsibilities include loading materials, completing electronic batch records, log book entries, documenting work orders, and performing process checks to ensure quality. Technicians will also handle BPR for materials loaded and produced. Candidates should have a tech-savvy mindset and be capable of process improvement. They must report and help solve any recurring issues on the production line. This entry-level opportunity welcomes individuals from various backgrounds such as childcare, automotive, and office spaces. Candidates must understand the manufacturing environment and possess strong communication and critical thinking skills. Technical proficiency is necessary for managing electronic documentation. Hard Skills + BioWorks/Associates in Biotechnology + Exposure and understanding of GMP knowledge + Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing + Health Care OR previous manufacturing experience (GMP) + Pharma experience is a plus (food, med device, or cosmetic experience required) Soft Skills + Strong communication + Critical thinking + Process improvement mindset + Technical proficiency Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Clayton, North Carolina. Work Environment This is a manufacturing environment with a night 2-2-3 schedule. The current team is overworked and stressed, but they are eager to welcome new team members and support their success. Initial training occurs on the day shift, Monday to Friday, before transitioning to the night shift if applicable. Scrubs are provided, and close-toed shoes/work boots are required. Employees change into their work attire in the locker room provided. Compensation is $17 per hour for the day shift and $19.50 per hour for the night shift.
