**Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team for 2nd or 3rd shift operations. This role involves operating general manufacturing equipment under established safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include performing sterile and non-sterile tasks, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in process improvement efforts. If you are interested in this position please read the summary and qualifications below.** **Location:** Ridgefield, NJ **Pay Rate:** $24.14 per hour **Shifts Available:** 2nd (1pm-9:30pm), or 3rd Shift (9pm-5:30am) **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate manufacturing equipment in compliance with safety and quality protocols. + Perform tasks including filling and labeling of vials, buffer and media preparation, filtration, and vial sterilization. + Conduct both small and large volume sterile fills and aseptic manipulations, adhering to SOPs. + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and processing issues. + Assist with implementing optimized manufacturing processes and attend process transfer meetings as needed. + Prepare monthly operational reports for process analysis. + Author detailed and accurate documentation related to manufacturing operations. + Provide training to new team members in specific technical processes as required. **Qualifications:** + 1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience. + Strong attention to detail with good documentation skills. + Ability to operate complex manufacturing systems with minimal supervision. + Experience in aseptic techniques and sterile environment operations. + Demonstrated ability to lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg) as part of routine tasks. + Diploma/GED **Physical Demands & Work Environment:** + Regular lifting of items weighing up to 35 lbs. + Physical requirements representative of a standard manufacturing environment. + Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. **If this sounds like the position for you, appy today with your up to date resume listing the qualifications above!** **Pay Details:** $24.14 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
