Our client, a food manufacturing company in San Clemente, CA is looking for a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. You will work across various departments such as assembly, transportation, receiving, shipping, and inventory management. You will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and oversee production processes on conveying and assembly lines.Assist in receiving, shipping, and inventory management operations.Perform lifting, loading, and unloading of products as part of shipping and receiving tasks.Wrap pallets and move them using pallet jacks.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Rotate between departments as needed and adapt to different production needs.Collaborate with and support teams across multiple departments to ensure production efficiency and product quality.Assist in maintaining equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.Follow all company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

At least 6 months of hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment, with familiarity with essential processes, procedures, and equipment.Ability to read and understand instructions in English.Ability to work in a cold environment (38°F).Capability to stand for an 8-hour shift.Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.Flexibility and willingness to work in different departments, including transportation, assembly, receiving, and inventory.Open to working overtime based on business needs.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, $17.502nd Shift: Tuesday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, $18.50
