Job Title: Manufacturing AssociateJob Description Our client, a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility, is seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support the new line for their product due to increased market demand. You will be responsible for loading materials, completing electronic batch records, making log book entries, documenting work orders, and performing process checks to ensure quality. You will also handle batch packaging records (BPR) for materials loaded and produced. The ideal candidate will have a tech-savvy mindset and be proactive in process improvement. Responsibilities + Load materials and complete batch records electronically. + Make log book entries and document work orders. + Perform process checks to ensure quality. + Handle batch packaging records (BPR) for materials loaded and produced. + Report and help to provide solutions for any recurring issues on the production line. + Utilize strong communication skills to suggest process improvements. Essential Skills + Bioworks or Associates in Biotechnology. + Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). + Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing. + Previous experience in health care or manufacturing (GMP). + Technically savvy with electronic documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or cosmetic industries (regulated experience). + Strong desire to be in pharma and initiative to learn more. Work Environment This is a manufacturing environment with a 2-2-3 night shift schedule. Initially, you will train on day shift Monday to Friday before moving to the night shift. The environment is currently busy and may be stressful, but there is a strong support system in place. Scrubs and closed-toed shoes/work boots are provided, and you will change in a locker room upon arrival. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
