Job Title: Manufacturing Associate I

Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Associate I to join a growing, technology-focused, and service-oriented team. A Manufacturing Associate I produces standard and/or custom medical devices to meet customer requirements by following standard work instructions and company policies. This role involves working in a team environment to manufacture our products efficiently and effectively.

ResponsibilitiesFollow department SOPs and work instructions, adhering to customer and company standards for manufacturing products.Operate and maintain equipment as needed according to work instructions.Visually inspect product quality and escalate issues.Identify and recommend disposition of defective items for rework or scrap.Understand the product manufacturing process from initial steps through final inspection.Complete all required documentation and training.Maintain a safe and clean work area, wear appropriate PPE, and adhere to safety standards.Cross-train in one or more areas of manufacturing.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsPrior manufacturing, assembly, or related experience in a controlled environment.Experience reading or ability to read SOPs.Good manual dexterity and ability to use basic hand tools (working with very small parts).Reliability and good attendance.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsPositive attitude and willingness to learn.Coachability and eagerness to be trained.Experience in manufacturing, assembly, finishing, inspecting, visual inspection, deburring, quality, production, and machine operation.Experience with medical devices is a plus.Why Work Here?
