Job Description
Our client, a CDMO for companies with Gene Therapy pipelines, is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join the manufacturing team. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first individuals on the team and contribute to groundbreaking work in gene therapy.
ResponsibilitiesOperate bioreactors in a production environment.Perform cell splits and tangential flow filtration (TFF).Work within a GMP facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals.Assist in authoring and reviewing manufacturing documents.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience within a GMP facility.Proficiency in operating bioreactors.Experience with cell splits and TFF.Exposure to document authoring in a manufacturing context.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in authoring manufacturing documents.Laboratory experience.Work Environment
The individual would initially begin work in the current location and then transition to a new, large manufacturing facility in Durham. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekend work on a rotating basis. The team is laid back, supportive, and encourages growth and success in a collaborative environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00
