Manufacturing Associate - Contract - Social Circle, GA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join a collaborative team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on preparing media and buffer solutions, operating various production equipment, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills & Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience is a plus.Familiarity with GMP and GDP guidelines.Ability to operate and maintain production equipment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:

Use general production equipment, including pH and conductivity meters, autoclaves, and portable mixers.Monitor and record critical process parameters.Complete all paperwork in accordance with GDP/GMP guidelines.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.Conduct sampling using aseptic techniques.Put together buffer solutions.Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.Manage the receipt and distribution of supplies in production areas.Train and mentor team members.Assist in troubleshooting process issues and responding to alarms.
