Job Description
The Manufacturing Associate will be involved in the assembly and testing of final assemblies and sub-assemblies. This role requires performing various functions such as assembling electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, conducting tests, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining a clean work area.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble various types of electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and final assemblies.Perform tests on sub-assemblies according to test procedures and troubleshoot technical issues.Communicate any unsolved issues to leadership.Train on the latest revision of procedures and work instructions for optimal performance.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Complete all inventory transactions and package all assemblies.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or GEDGood hand dexteritySteel toe or composite shoesA minimum of 2 years experience in assembly, electronic repair, or manufacturing role.Experience following documented procedures.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and filling Device History Record (DHR).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with assembly, electrical, production, hand tools, wiring, schematics, blueprints, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, soldering, general production, power tools, medical device assembly, electrical wiring, crimping, electronics, packing, and inspection.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes a first shift schedule from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Employees are provided two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, which must be coordinated with team members to ensure continuous production. Personal protective equipment such as steel toe shoes and gloves are required in some areas. The use of phones is prohibited on the production floor. The facility is monitored 24/7 by a security team, and the parking lot is well-lit for safety.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.56 - $19.56
