We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate in the Conditioning department at our Richburg, SC facility. As a manufacturing associate, you will play a valuable role in helping ensure our materials and products meet customer expectations. The conditioning department is responsible for resurfacing the material before sending it to the mill or customer. The conditioning department is also responsible for performing internal and external testing of material. As a manufacturing associate, you will be responsible for processing material by operating in the following functions: peeler operator, band saw operator, cut-off saw operator, shot blast/grinder, polisher operator and final inspection. A successful candidate should demonstrate an eagerness to learn, showing initiative, commitment to teamwork, and attention to detail. This position is night shift from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, working on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.You will work 2 days, have 2 days off, work 3 days; then 2 days off, work 2 days, then have 3 days off.Initial training will take place during the day from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on a 2-2-3 schedule.
